Who is Julie Grondin?   

My first real estate purchase was a fourplex in 2005. I have since invested in several duplexes and acquired solid experience in the field. Obviously, this training was done in parallel with multiple training courses in real estate as well as regular hours of coaching from seasoned investors. I have since built a team of outstanding experts that are assisting me in the day-to-day operations. I offer investment opportunities not only in smaller buildings like duplexes and triplexes but also in bigger apartment buildings. Having this flexibility allows me to match properties to the needs and wants of a wide range of investors. Real estate is truly the best place to invest your money! 

What do we do?

We focus primarily on purchasing properties and holding them for many years. This is what we call the ”buy and hold” strategy. We purchase new multiplexes and also older ones that might need renovations. By doing so, we provide our investor partners an above-avergae return on their investment while providing local families and seasonal workers with quality housing. We are a team of experts at sourcing, buying, renovating, financing, and managing real estate. We place a very high value on every individual part of our teams, from tenants to investors and everyone in between. We understand how real estate is a people business and that everybody involved in the business contributes to its success. We understand the social impact of providing quality housing managed in a respectful and responsible manner along with the impact of providing investors outstanding returns.
